ABOUT YOUR TICKETS
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscribers get priority access to all seats. Each year, a number of our events sell out. Avoid disappointment and subscribe today. Order early for best seating selection. Circle members of $1000 and up are seated first by priority. All other renewals are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure your seating priority, please return your order form as soon as you get it and well before the deadline of June 27th.
WILL CALL
All ticket orders received fewer than 8 days prior to the performance will be held in Will Call for pick up. Will Call tickets can be picked up at the box office window between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM the night of the event, or during regular office hours. Photo ID required.
GROUPS SAVE MONEY
Get your group of 20 or more together and receive special discounts. Group discounts are available for series events at the Cowan Center. Special events do not offer a discount. NO REFUNDS
No refunds except in the case of a cancelled event. Handling charges and facility fees are not refundable. Due to the nature of live performance, programs and dates are subject to change.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only for a different performance of the same event, based on availability. Tickets are exchanged at face value. Tickets of higher value exchanged for a lower value are considered an even exchange. Tickets exchanged for a higher value need the difference paid. A $3 per ticket fee will be charged for exchanges.
CHILDREN
A ticket is required for everyone entering the theatre including children. Due to fire codes, everyone (including young children) must have a ticket. Children under 5 are not admitted unless noted. Additionally, even for children over the age of five, many shows would not be enjoyable or suitable. Some shows contain mature content, language or adult themes. Parents are urged to consider children's interests, maturity and attention span, and the rights of people seated around them. Should a child become disruptive, you may be asked to wait in the lobby with your child.
TICKET PRICES
Ticket pricing is guaranteed through August members' sales. Then, all single ticket prices are subject to change. Current single ticket prices are available on our website.
