 Qualtrics survey software is provided to all faculty, staff and students. Current users may click here.


Creating a New Student Account

Student access requires faculty/staff approval to launch created surveys. Faculty/staff may email aie@uttyler.edu  to request access for a student. After receiving faculty or staff approval, students should have full access to Qualtrics.

Student accounts must be renewed annually at the beginning of each fall semester.

  1. "Create an Account" on the Qualtrics Login Page.
  2. Enter your UT Tyler Patriots email address and create a password.


Creating a New Faculty/Staff Account

Faculty and staff should email aie@uttyler.edu after completing the following steps: 

  1. "Create an Account" on the Qualtrics Login Page.
  2. Enter your UT Tyler email address and create a password


Qualtrics Technical Support

The Qualtrics University is an excellent resource that provides helpful articles, video tutorials, webinars and online training sessions. 

Qualtrics introduced a new support request form to resolve issues faster and provide access to the chat support tool. Try out the new link yourself via the "Help" tab in the survey platform or at qualtrics.com/support.


Guidelines for Creating Effective Surveys 

Assessment often includes collecting direct and indirect information to provide a more in-depth analysis of program or unit effectiveness. Qualtrics has published guide to writing effective survey questions.
