Jennings Named Male Golfer of the Week

RICHARDSON, Texas – Junior Brian Jennings (Bullard, Texas) was named Male Golfer of the Week by the American Southwest Conference on Thursday evening.

Jennings placed second in this week’s Callaway Collegiate Invitational, which featured four of the nation’s Top 10 Division III teams. Jennings shot a 74 (+2) on the first day of the tournament, followed by a 71 (-1) on day two to force a playoff for the individual championship.

Jennings and his teammates will return to action on March 16, when they compete in the California Lutheran Kingsmen Invitational held at the La Purisma Golf Course in Lompoc, Calif.
