CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
In 2007, Ryan was selected as the ASC-East 2nd team pitcher and All West Region team. For the week of April 9, 2007 he was named ASC-East Pitcher of the Week. He was voted the Team’s Pitcher of the Year. Prior to the season he was named by Collegiate Baseball as a Top Player to watch. Campbell went 8-1 with a 2.61 ERA in 11 starts. He had 3 complete games and 2 shut outs. He struck out 62 and only walked 9.
Ryan spent the summer playing in the Coastal Plain League for the Asheboro Copperheads.
Before coming to UT Tyler Ryan played for Coach Clinton at Panola College. He lettered 3 years under Coach Westmoreland at Klein Oak High School.
