CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

In 2007, Towns was named 2nd Team ASC-East 3rd baseman and to the ASC-East All Academic Team.  He batted .392 with 13 doubles, 1 triple and 3 homerun's. 

This summer Towns played in the Texas Collegiate League with the Brazos Valley Bombers under Coach Moulder.  He played in 46 games while batting .280 overall and .375 in the playoffs.  He was named to the TCL All Star Team.

In 2006, Joseph appeared in 4 games before being injured and taking a medical red shirt.

In 2005, Towns appeared in 17 games while batting .457 with 6 doubles, 1 triple and 1 homerun.

Towns attended Newman Smith High School in Carrollton, TX under Coach Blair.  Joe earned All District and All Region honors in high school along with earning Academic All American Honors.
