Women's Soccer Wins Finale, 4-0

The UT Tyler women’s soccer team will go into the American Southwest Conference tournament as the No. 3 seed after beating Concordia, 4-0, in Saturday’s regular season finale in Austin.
The Patriots are set to face sixth seed Mary Hardin-Baylor Friday at 2 p.m. in Abilene.
Overall, the UT Tyler defense prevented Concordia from taking a single shot while the Patriots’ offense fired off 28 attempts.
UT Tyler took a 1-0 lead into the half on a goal by Kendall Kramer, assisted by Lauren Dailey, at 21:58.
The Patriots took a 2-0 lead courtesy of an own-goal by Concordia in the 58th minute and stretched the margin to three when Chelsea Fiscus knocked in a rebounded shot at 69:51.
Dailey gave UT Tyler its final goal with two minutes left in the game.
UT Tyler ends the regular season with an 11-3-3 overall record and a 9-1-3 mark in the ASC.
