The University of Texas at Tyler has 6,000+ students enrolled in more than 90 undergraduate and graduate programs offered through five colleges. Throughout the four-year college experience and upon graduation UT Tyler students and graduates look to gain full-time, part-time, and paid internship employment to build upon and utilize knowledge acquired in the classroom.
The Office of Career Services serves as a clearinghouse for employers to advertise available employment opportunities at NO CHARGE and for students and alumni to have access to this information.
Employment opportunity announcements should include classification of the position, employer contact information, job title, job description, qualification and experience needed, salary, hours and days, other information, and preferred method of application.
In order to post employment opportunities for your organization, please fill out the attached job form (internship/off campus/on campus). Information requested on the job form sent on company letterhead will be accepted also. Employment opportunities can be received by fax (903/565-5532) or by mail: Office of Career Services, University Center 236, The University of Texas at Tyler, 3900 University Boulevard, Tyler, Texas 75799.
Employment opportunities are retained for approximately 30 days unless otherwise noted by the application deadline. Once received, employment opportunities are posted on-line through PatriotJobs (on-line database of jobs posting through the Career Center) at www.uttyler.edu/careerservices, on bulletin boards throughout the campus, and in notebooks located outside the Office of Career Services. Interested applicants are encouraged to contact employers directly. Employers are encouraged to contact the Office of Career Services once a position has been filled.
