* Students with 15 hours or more of undergraduate Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management and Marketing may not receive credit for the 5320 courses in those fields. These students must substitute another graduate course in the discipline to satisfy the requirements. The 5320 courses may not be taken as an elective by those students who meet this criterion.
