- Marilyn Young, Professor of Management. B.S.B.A., M.B.A., Ph.D., University of Arkansas. She teaches graduate and undergraduate Organizational Behavior and Leadership. She serves as Chair of Tenure and promotion and is President of the Beta Gamma Sigma Chapter. Her research interest focuses on entrepreneurial assistance, labor market, and wage and benefit, and case studies. She does management training, feasibility studies, and market research projects for the community.
