2016 Small Business Roundtable

The first Small Business Roundtable was held October 4th, 11th and 18th at Hollytree Country Club from 6pm to 8:30pm. Attendees heard from a  different business expert each night on topics including, Marketing and Social Media, Financial Decisions and Human Resources. The Small Business Roundtable Program provides a structured and confidential environment for family & small business owners to share best practices and resolve their business challenges.

2015 Small Business Boot Camp

The Center for Family and Small Enterprises hosted it's second annual Small Business Boot Camp. The series took place on four Tuesday evenings during October and November and provided legal, banking, entrepreneurial and financial advice for attendees.

2014 Small Business Boot Camp

The Center for Family and Small Enterprises held it's first Small Business Boot Camp in October 2014. The event was open to the UT Tyler students and the public. Small businesses were invited to attend five sessions to help them shape their businesses. Topics ranged from family business succession, financial information, social media, obtaining loans and income taxes. Speakers were brought in from area businesses.
