Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development

UT Tyler Department of Human Resource Development

Students seeking a bachelor of science (BS) degree with a major in human resource development must have a minimum of 120 semester credit hours, including at least 42 hours of upper-division courses (45 hours of upper-division for honors eligibility) and a minimum UT Tyler GPA of 2.0 to be eligible to graduate. This degree will also result in a business administration minor.

HRD 3301 - Introduction to HRD and Performance Management Systems

HRD 3306 - Team Building

HRD 3312 - Training, Selection and Recruiting

HRD 3342 - Career Development and Human Resource Planning

HRD 4331 - Workforce and Organizational Development

MANA 4335 - Labor Relations

MANA 3320 - Human Resource Management
