Judy Yi Sun recently completed her Ph.D. in Human Resource Development at The University of Texas at Tyler. She previously served as the director of Career Center at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, and Career Counselor at Tsinghua University from 2003 to 2006. Before that, she worked as a senior HR Consultant at, KPMG Peat Marwick and as an internal HR Consultant at Motorola. Judy is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF). She delivered numerous training workshops to certify GCDF in China.

Her passion in research is to explore managers’ career development in organizational settings and the influence of human resource development policies and organizational dynamics on individual manager’s career development.
