Dr. Denver Shipman is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Ben and Maytee Fisch College of Pharmacy at The University of Texas at Tyler. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy from The University of Kansas.
After graduation, he completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Via Christi Hospitals, Inc. in Wichita, KS, and a PGY2 Psychiatric Pharmacy Residency at Hawaii State Hospital in Kaneohe, HI.
Dr. Shipman’s research interests include psychiatry in primary care, schizophrenia, dementia, reducing readmission rates, personality disorders, and addiction. He is a member of the College of Psychiatric and Neurologic Pharmacists.
