Why Teach?

Why teach? There are so many answers that educators share:

• I love children
• I really like my subject area and it is wonderful to share that excitement with others
• I make a difference in the lives of children
• It is a new experience each and every day
• I am rich because of how my students and colleagues influence me and how I influence them.

People become educators for a variety of reasons.
