AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT OF 1990 (ADA)
The University complies with the ADA which prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals with disabilities. ADA requires employers to make reasonable accommodations for known impairments to ensure equal opportunity in the application process and to enable qualified employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. If an employee or applicant feels that an accommodation is needed due to a disability as defined by ADA, he/she should contact the Office of Human Resources.
