PAYDAY

UT Tyler’s salaried employees are paid on a monthly basis. Paychecks are processed and ready for distribution on the first working day (Monday-Friday) of the following month. Employees will not receive their pay prior to this time. Employees will either receive paychecks in their departments, the cashier’s office or may have them deposited electronically in a financial institution of their choice. Part-time employees are subject to a different pay schedule and should consult with their department head, Human Resources or Payroll for details. Direct Deposit is available for all employees.
