VOLUNTEER FIRE FIGHTER LEAVE

Employees who are volunteer fire fighters shall be granted a leave of absence with full pay to attend training schools conducted by state agencies provided such leave does not exceed five (5) working days in any one fiscal year. Employees will also receive full pay for time spent responding to emergency fire situations during work hours.
