ONLINE COMPLIANCE TRAINING

All employees are responsible for completing the mandatory compliance training modules through The Training Post online training system. Each of the modules takes 5-10 minutes to complete. All new employees have 60 days from their first date of employment to complete the compliance training modules. Thereafter, employees are required to complete the mandatory compliance training every other year. The Institutional Compliance Office and the Office of Human Resources will notify employees when they are scheduled to complete the online compliance training and let them know how long they have to complete the training. Generally, employees have 60 days from the date of notification to complete their online compliance training. There is a hyperlink to The Training Post from the Human Resources home page. Employees must access The Training Post from a campus location that is on the network. When entering birth date information into the system, be sure to include all for digits for the birth year or the system will not accept your submission of information.
