NOTES:

  • STUDENTS DROPPING BELOW HALF-TIME (6 HOURS) PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS MUST RETURN 100% OF LOAN FUNDS RECEIVED FOR THE SEMESTER IMMEDIATELY.
  • Summer disbursements and refunds are different than regular terms. Student loans (and most grants) awards will be disbursed in the session of enrollment when the student reaches at least six (6) credit hours.

*Refunds are distributed based on the refund option selected by the student.

** Eligible credit balances of grants & scholarships can be used for UT Tyler Bookstore purchases from the P2 Card.

***Awards are adjusted to reflect the enrollment as of the close of business on the Financial Aid Census Date (Awards accepted after the Financial Aid Census Date will be processed weekly).
