Travel Reservations

UT Tyler’s travel agency is Corporate Travel Planners, Inc (CTP). Reservations for airfare, auto, and hotels may be booked by phone (866) 366-1142 or online. The online forms are provided below. The RTA number from the Request for Travel Authorization document (VE5) and the DEFINE account number to be charged will be required when you confirm your reservation.

NOTE: Reservations must be confirmed within 24 hours or tickets are automatically cancelled. Fare and flight availability are not guaranteed until purchased. Reservations cannot be finalized until CTP receives the traveler's RTA and the departmental DEFINE account number. The reservation is complete when the traveler/travel arranger receives an e-Invoice with the remarks “your e-ticket confirmation is XXXXXX." Please keep in mind when e-mailing CTP at uttravel@ctptravelservices.com after 4P.M CST, CTP will respond the next business morning.
