The 4th annual College of Arts and Sciences Conference on Classical, Medieval, and Renaissance Studies will take place on Saturday, March 22nd,  2008 at The University of Texas at Tyler. Intended to bring together students, faculty, and the local community to discuss a range of issues concerning the Classical Medieval, and Renaissance periods and their continuing importance.  The conference is a wonderful opportunity to meet and gain feedback from peers, scholars, and the wider community, as well as be exposed to the richness and diversity of both performance and criticism across time.

Deadline for Abstract Submissions: Friday, February 15th, 2008

Abstracts of 100-200 words for a 15-20 minute paper from faculty, graduate, and undergraduate students should be e-mailed (strongly preferred) to vscherb@mail.uttyl.edu. In addition to the abstract, please include a brief personal statement or Curriculum Vitae of less than one page, with full contact information and a tentative assessment of any audiovisual equipment required for your presentation.
