When classes and activities are done, you want a comfortable, convenient and safe place to come home to. Our student apartments offer you that “home away from home” comfort and safety, as well as the convenience of living on campus.

Open to all UT Tyler students, Patriot Village provide an atmosphere conducive to studying and making lifelong friendships, while experiencing the excitement of college life.

Amenities

• Four-bedroom/2-bathroom units and a small number of two-bedroom/1-bathroom units. Apartments are fully furnished with air conditioning and full-size kitchens. Bedrooms measure 12’4” by 13’11”
• Utilities included in rent (electricity, water/sewer, garbage, 128k/128k computer data connections and expanded basic cable service)
• Internet connections are located in each bedroom
• Cable jacks are located in the living room and each bedroom
• Electrical outlets on every wall in bedrooms and living rooms
• 6 live-in resident assistants and a residence coordinator
• Laundry room located in each building (machines will accept coins or the P2 card)
• Card access locks to each apartment
• Heated spa
• Sand volleyball court
• Controlled access security gate

Furnishings

• Bedroom includes adjustable bed, chest of drawers, desk (with fold down keyboard tray) and chair
• Living area includes sofa and coffee table
• Kitchen includes microwave, refrigerator/freezer (with icemaker), electric oven, and dishwasher.
• Each four-bedroom suite has a 5’ x 13’ storage closet.

Rental rate

• Rent includes utilities mentioned above, and is billed on a semester basis.
• Four bedroom/two-bathroom: $565 per person per month, billed by semester ($2541 per semester)
• Two-bedroom/one bathroom: $675 per person per month, billed by semester ($3038 per semester)
