Narrative Biography:

Kristen S. Stovall is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of HRD and Technology.  She currently serves as the Director of the Advising and Career Services Center and recruits for the department.  She also coordinates the Trade and Industrial Technology Teaching Certification, the Health Science Technology Teaching Certification, and the Bachelor’s of Applied Arts and Sciences degree.  She has also begun working on her Ph.D in Educational Human Resource Development at Texas A&M University.

Prior to her appointment at UT Tyler, Kristen has served as the Program Coordinator for Distance Learning at San Jacinto College where she developed and provided training for faculty and staff.  Most recently she was the Director of Training and Development at Tyler Junior College where she generated revenue for Tyler Junior College by working with and developing training for local companies and corporations.
