Dr. John W. Martin joins the School of Human Resource Development and Technology this fall as Professor of Construction Management.  He was formerly the Chair of the Department of Building, Engineering and Construction at North Florida University.  He will be serving as the Program Coordinator of the new Construction Management Program beginning this fall.
