Professor Russell Korte, UT Tyler Assistant Professor of Human Resource Development, received recognition from Elsevier Publishers for having the "Hottest Article" in 2007. His coauthored journal article was viewed and purchased by more readers in 2007 when compared to all articles appearing in Futures, an international research journal. scenario planning as a tool to help change organizational culture.
Changing the culture of the organization to adapt to changes in the
environment is an important concern for most organizations-- yet this
change is reactive. Scenario planning is presented as a proactive tool
for developing plausible alternative futures related to change. |
