grade students. In PT I students study force, work, rate,
resistance, energy, power and force transformers. In PT II
students study momentum, waves and vibrations, energy
converters, transducers, radiation, optical systems, and
time constants as applied to mechanical, fluid, thermal and
electrical energy systems. The course reinforces the
mathematics needed to understand and apply the principles
under study.
Principles of Technology
may be taught by:
a science teacher
holding a high school certificate with a teaching field
in physics or science composite;
