Narrative Biography:

 
 

Paul B. Roberts is an associate professor of Human Resource Development (HRD) and the undergraduate program coordinator of HRD at The University of Texas at Tyler. He is currently the director for an online teacher training grant with the Texas Education Agency. He also coordinates ongoing professional development activities through the grant. He has received more than $600,000 in grants and funded projects since coming to UT Tyler in 1992. His research focuses on e-learning and the demographics of HRD programs. He earned his Ed.D from the department of Educational Human Resource Development at Texas A&M University.
