Chantal M. Roussel-Zuazu, Assistant Professor of Spanish specializes in XIXth century Spanish Peninsular Literature. She has taught a wide range of courses, including Spanish Peninsular Literature from its beginnings to 1700, Spanish Peninsular XXth century poets, Spanish Oral Proficiency, and Writing Proficiency classes. She also teaches second year French (French grammar, literature and culture). She has served as middle school and high school Spanish and French teacher for Texas inner-city public schools for 7 years.
