Regent A.W. "Dub'' Riter makes remarks during the Riter Millennium Carillon Celebration held Aug. 20 at UT Tyler. The ceremony was held to celebrate the completion of the Dub and B.J. Riter Millennium Carillon Tower and Plaza.

Regent Riter presents to UT Tyler President Rodney Mabry the official key to the tower during the Riter Millennium Carillon Celebration. The Riter family provided a generous gift to the university for the tower's creation.
