UT Tyler's Nursing and Health Sciences Career Fair is scheduled for 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27, in the Cowan Center lobby. Students and alumni will have the opportunity to network with companies/organizations and practice their interviewing skills, with the goal of securing a job. More than 30 companies and organizations are expected to attend this year. "All nursing and health science majors or students thinking about a career in nursing or the health sciences are encouraged to attend,'' said Krista Richardson, coordinator of career services. "Bring your resume and dress professionally!'' In addition to UT Tyler students and alumni, students and alumni from Kilgore College, Texas College and Tyler Junior College have been invited to attend the career fair.
