Artists Exhibit
Work at UT Tyler
The
UT Tyler Art Program has announced the opening of two exhibits on
campus.
Interior
Dialogues
A collaborative project curated by Joe Self, assistant professor
of interior design at Texas Christian University, Interior
Dialogues is on display in the Meadows Gallery lobby
at the Cowan Center. The exhibit will continue through March 15.
Interior
Dialogues features the work of five artists, each using
a different media to describe his or her view of the world. The
artists are photographer Robert Chura, writer John Brooks, sculptor
Alice Bateman, painter Michaele Ann Harper and composer Will Gillham.
Book Art/Sculpture
Exhibit
Student artwork from book art and sculpture classes taught by Amy
Gerhauser, UT Tyler assistant professor of art, is on display in
the Cowan Centers Braithwaite Recital Hall lobby and in the
second floor lobby of the Business Administration Building. The
exhibit will continue through March 1.
