The UT Tyler Friends of the Arts will sponsor a trip to the Kimbell Art Museum in Forth Worth on Tuesday, Nov. 19. The visit will include a tour of the exhibit “Mondrian (1892-1914): The Path to Abstraction’’ and a docent-guided tour of the “The Floral Art of Pierre-Joseph Redoute.’’ Carolyn Hammett, a former art history instructor at UT Tyler, will serve as guest lecturer. The trip is open to the public. The cost is $40 per person. Participants will leave UT Tyler, Parking Lot 6, on a chartered bus at 8:30 a.m., arrive at the Kimbell Museum at approximately 11:30 a.m. and depart from the museum at 3 p.m. To make reservations
