session during Patriot Preview Day Nov. 16. John Easley, a junior
finance major, introduces the show and preps the audience on how
to deal with “Harv.’’ The “Harv Lake Late
Show’’ was designed to give prospective students insight
into being involved while in college.

Kim Harvey-Livingston,
student services counselor, shares pointers on how to succeed
academically during the “Academically Speaking’’
session on Patriot Preview Day. Speakers during the session also
included Dr. Dallas Cothrum, associate professor of history, on
the topic of academic expectations, and Monica Yarborough, a VIPatriot,
on student success.

campus. More than 260 prospective students and their guests attended
Patriot Preview Day to tour the campus, meet faculty, staff and
students and ask college-related questions.
