Presents 5 Productions This Season
“Worldly
Wise in Love and Fantasy’’ is the theme of the
UT Tyler Theatre Repertory Company’s 2002-03 season
of performances.
The
season began with a world premier chamber theatre production,
“She's Shakespeare Loving’’ Sept. 27-29,
combining some of Shakespeare's most wonderful writing for
the stage with a contemporary young woman’s difficulty

Lot
6 to be Reserved During Rose Festival Coronation
Parking
Lot 6 -- the lot closest to the Cowan Center and Old Omen
Road -- will be reserved beginning at noon Thursday, Oct.
17, for the afternoon and evening performances of the Texas
Rose Festival Queen’s Coronation.
To
reduce the volume of on-campus parking, the Rose Festival
will provide shuttles from Rose Heights Church on Old Omen
Road for patrons. In addition, the afternoon matinee will
have many buses that will park off campus. More>>>

Racquetball
Tournament Oct. 19
A
UT Tyler Intramural Racquetball Tournament will be held
at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, at Woodcreek Athletic Club.
The
entry fee is $5 and should be paid in the UT Tyler cashier’s
office. The deadline is Tuesday, Oct. 15.

Designer Dian Malouf to Visit UT Tyler
Dian
Malouf, author, professional photographer and internationally
known jewelry designer, will appear at UT Tyler Thursday,
Oct. 3.
The
Dallas resident will make a presentation about jewelry design
and discuss her new book, “Seldom Heard,’’
at 7 p.m. in the Braithwaite Recital Hall at the R. Don Cowan
Fine and Performing Arts Center. The event will be sponsored
