Vice Chancellor Shirley Bird Perry to Retire

AUSTIN - Shirley Bird Perry, vice chancellor for development and external relations for the University of Texas System, has announced plans to retire after more than 40 years of service with the System and U.T. Austin. Her retirement will be effective March 1, 2004.

The IntercomOnline will be published on the first Monday of each month until the beginning of the fall semester, when it will resume its regular, weekly publication schedule.

To announce an upcoming event in the IntercomOnline, submit the information by filling out the submission form. The event will be published in the IntercomOnline as well as the Online Campus Calendar and UT Tyler Home Page.
