“Bill
Geiger is an outstanding academic professional
who is joining UT Tyler at a time when the College
of Education and Psychology has several important

‘Every Child, Every Advantage’ efforts
to improve K-16 education throughout Texas,
and meeting the challenges and opportunities
posed by the congressional ‘No Child Left
Behind’ legislation," Dr.
O’Keeffe said. “Dr. Geiger will
continue the tradition of superb leadership,
most recently provided by Drs. Mil Clark and
William Bruce.”
