Scholarship Endowment

Whit and Cynthia Riter and Tom and Melinda Shoemake present a scholarship endowment for $25,000 to UT Tyler. The A.W. “Dub’’ Riter, Jr. Endowed Presidential Scholarship is a permanent endowment created to honor Riter’s retirement as regent of The University of Texas System.
