Poster Contest Winners Announced

Results of the Drug and Alcohol Awareness Week poster contest have been announced.

Sue Duran won first place in the contest sponsored by the Office of Student Services and the DREAM Team. She received a $100 gift certificate from the UT Tyler bookstore.

Second-place winner was Tammy Blanton, who was awarded a $50 gift certificate from the bookstore.

UT Tyler students were asked to enter posters related to alcohol or drug abuse prevention. Students, faculty and staff were able to vote on entries during Drug and Alcohol Awareness Week, Oct. 27-31.
