Apartments – The design/build team has been selected. Project underway. Projected time of completion: fall 2004. Baseball/Softballs Fields – An architect has been selected, and the design is underway. Dormitory – An architect has been selected to design the building. Projected time of completion: fall 2005. Engineering, Science and Technology Building – Project in design phase. Premier Soccer Field – A contract has been awarded to RPR Construction for soccer field construction. Work to begin soon. Longview University Center monument signs – Proposals are due Nov. 25. Palestine Signs – Project expected to be completed by mid-November.
