Tyler senior Michael Morrison, a mechanical engineering major, describes
the molds used for plastic injection molding during the Fall 2003
Engineering Open House Nov. 13. The group is from Robert E. Lee
High School. About 55 students from Lee, Grace Community, Lindale
and Frankston attended, accompanied by their science and math teachers.
The annual event is designed to introduce students with a strong
background in math and science to career opportunities in engineering.
Participants observe demonstrations and take part in hands-on lab
experiments.
