Apartments – The design/build team has been selected. Project underway. Construction is expected to begin in November. Projected time of completion: fall 2004. Baseball/Softballs Fields – An architect has been selected, and the design is underway. Dormitory – An architect has been selected to design the building. Projected time of completion: fall 2005. Engineering, Science and Technology Building – Project in design phase. Premier Soccer Field – Request for proposals was issued on Aug. 25. Proposals scheduled to be opened this month. Longview University Center monument signs – Project re-bid with some alterations to the design. Palestine Signs – A contract has been awarded. Work to begin this fall.
