Angelina Harris was Freshman Spotlight award recipient for the week of Sept. 29. Harris, a member of the Business Student Learning Community, was honored for her school spirit and her “wonderful attitude about her classes and environment around her,’’ said Ashley Ward, student development specialist. Honorees receive a Freshman Spotlight certificate and a $10 gift certificate to the campus bookstore. Faculty and staff may nominate a freshman by sending an e-mail to freshmanspotlight@uttyler.edu.
