As a safety measure, the parking lot construction area by the Cowan Center is closed to pedestrians, Barbara O’Keeffe, director of environmental health and safety, has announced. Students,
faculty and staff should avoid using the construction
area as a short cut to other parts of the campus,
O’Keeffe advised. “This situation
will only last a few more weeks, and then we
will have a great parking and sidewalk area
to use,” she added.
