Apartments – The design/build team has been selected. Project underway. Construction is expected to begin in November. Projected time of completion: fall 2004. Baseball/Softballs Fields – An architect has been selected, and the design is underway. Dormitory – An architect has been selected to design the building. Projected time of completion: fall 2005. Engineering, Science and Technology Building – Project in design phase. Parking Lot – Construction continues on a 245-space parking lot in front of the Cowan Center (facing Varsity Drive). The parking lot will include sidewalks, lighting, landscaping and irrigation. Scheduled for completion on Oct. 1. Premier Soccer Field – Request for proposals was issued on Aug. 25. Proposals scheduled to be opened on Oct. 2. Longview University Center monument signs – Project re-bid with some alterations to the design. Palestine
Signs – A contract has been awarded.
