Shaune Martinez, student development specialist, presents the Freshman Spotlight award to Whitney Davis for the week of Sept. 22. Nominated by student development specialist Ashley Ward, Davis was honored for her enthusiasm to get involved in campus and community activities. She is a participant in the Freshman Year Experience Seminar program and has perfect attendance. Honorees receive a Freshman Spotlight certificate and a $10 gift certificate to the campus bookstore.
