Apartments – The design/build team has been selected. Project underway. Construction is expected to begin in November. Baseball/Softballs Fields – An architect has been selected, and the design is underway. Dormitory – An architect has been selected to design the building. Parking Lot – Construction continues on a 245-space parking lot in front of the Cowan Center (facing Varsity Drive). The parking lot will include sidewalks, lighting, landscaping and irrigation. Work expected to be completed in September. Premier Soccer Field – Request for proposals was issued on Aug. 25. Proposals will be opened on Sept. 22. Longview University Center monument signs – Project will be re-bid with some alterations to the design. Palestine Signs – A contract has been awarded; work to begin in September.
