‘Blends & Brews’ Opens on Campus

Blends & Brews Coffee Bar opened for business Monday morning in the University Center.

The university is participating in the “We Proudly Brew’’ program of Starbucks. Blends & Brews will be open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Grand opening events and specials are taking place this week, including:

Monday
Muffins with Mabry, 9 a.m., UC 118
Macchiato Monday: $1 off any size Caramel Macchiato

Tuesday
Two Dollar Tuesday: $2 Drinks. Good for any drink of your choice.

Wednesday
Grand opening day: Java Jam, noon-2 p.m. in UC
Ribbon cutting ceremony, 2 p.m.
Grande Wednesday: half-price grande drink of your choice

Thursday
Latte Thursday: $1 off any Café Latte

Friday
Freebee Giveaway: Drawing for personal espresso machine, 3 p.m., UC (need not be present to win).
Flavor Fridays: Free flavors added to any drink.
