Patriot Village student apartment complex – Opened Aug. 21. Baseball/softballs fields – Project continues for construction of two fields, a small area for spectator seating and a small facility for concessions, locker rooms, change room for officials and restrooms. Dirt berms, landscaping and sidewalks along Campus Drive – Project continues. Dormitory – Construction estimated to begin in October 2004. Dormitory will be five stories with 268 beds. Expected to open in fall 2006. Engineering, Sciences and Technology Building – Project continues. Building expected to be ready for usage by fall 2005. Performance soccer field – Construction in progress to provide a venue for men’s and women’s NCAA soccer games and more.
