Baseball/softballs fields - Phase I – Nearing completion. Phase I includes the earthwork, drainage, grading, retaining walls, irrigation and sod. Baseball/softball fields - Phase II – Request for proposals have been issued with proposals to be submitted on Sept. 7. Scope of work in this phase is the concession building shell and the grandstands for both fields. Dirt berms, landscaping and sidewalks along Campus Drive – Project nearing completion. Additional irrigation and landscaping being installed. Dormitory – Construction estimated to begin in October 2004. Dormitory will be five stories with 268 beds. Expected to open in fall 2006. Engineering, Sciences and Technology Building – Project underway. Building expected to be ready for usage by fall 2005. Library parking lot expansion – Design completed.Performance soccer field – Project completed. University Center Room 118 Renovation – Room is being renovated to begin serving lunch catered by Traditions. Renovations are expected to be completed in September 2004. Other Projects – Parking Lot 6 expansion, HPE building renovations and addition of University Center grill completed.
