Apartments - Construction has begun to create 200 beds in four buildings. Projected time of completion: fall 2004. Baseball/Softballs Fields - An architect has been selected, and the design is underway. Dormitory - An architect has been selected to design the building. Projected time of completion: fall 2005. Engineering, Science and Technology Building - Project in design phase. Premier Soccer Field - Construction has begun. Longview University Center monument signs - Proposals were due in November.
